T-mobile sued for failing to deliver promised gift cards to customers
A California consumer has filed a class-action lawsuit against T-Mobile, alleging the carrier failed to provide promised gift cards to customers who added new lines to their accounts.

T-mobile marketed a promotion offering $200 gift cards for each new line purchased, but customers claim the company went back on its word.
Purya Ghrabeti, the plaintiff, purchased a new line from T-Mobile after being told by a store representative that the gift card promotion was available. However, he was later informed that the offer never existed, and the cards were never provided.
The lawsuit accuses T-Mobile of false advertising and misleading business practices, seeking compensation for Ghrabeti and other affected California customers who made purchases based on the false incentives.
